Every TD Jewellers piece is crafted to order. Please review the information below before purchasing.

Made to Order

All TD Jewellers items are made to order specifically for you. Once production begins, orders are final and non-returnable/non-refundable.

Design Approval (before we craft)

  • You’ll receive detailed CAD visuals to review the design.
  • We only start crafting after you’ve approved the CAD by email.
  • If you need a change before production starts, contact us quickly. We’ll advise what’s possible and whether any design costs have been incurred.

Faults & Our Quality Promise

If your piece arrives damaged, not as described, or later develops a manufacturing fault, we will put it right—typically by repair or replacement, or where appropriate a refund—inline with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To start a quality review, email info@tdjewellers.co.uk with your order number and photos. We may ask you to return the item for assessment. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll cover reasonable return postage.

Sizing & Aftercare

  • Your first ring resize is complimentary (where structurally possible). Some designs—e.g. full-eternity bands—cannot be resized; we’ll advise before you order.
  • Enjoy a complimentary annual clean & inspection. Book via info@tdjewellers.co.uk.

Shipping & Packaging for Assessments

  • When sending items back for assessment, please package securely and insure for full value. Keep proof of postage.
